    My name is Seth Garrison. I am an Overlight facilitator and creator of an energy healing process called "Back to Perfection." Overlight is a spiritual psychology that recognizes the we are the creators of our reality and therefore can create whatever we desire. I also believe that we are eternal and come into each lifetime with a specific life lesson to master. I love to write and my passion is to help people step into the next phase of human evolution.

Seth - your two little ones are precious. I think natural/unassisted childbirth is actually quite...natural. It had to be an incredible experience to just have you, your wife and child to witness the miracle.

Thank you for letting me see your site. Do you think I might be able to reference it on my adoption blog? I read your article on Maya and then looked through some of your other articles. Communication in the future - mental telepathy is something I believe will be extensively developed in the human mind. I haven't read The New Earth yet. I think they may have had a series here on Gather that corresponded with Oprah's program.
